Meeting Tuesday, April 4th:
We have a relic club meeting this coming Tuesday, April 4th, starting at 7PM at the Mercy Hill Church Annex building. At this meeting:
• We will review the 1Q23 club finances.
• We will have a demonstration of various metal detectors to address any questions you may have about using a particular detector
• There will be a status update on our upcoming August relic show.
• You can sign up for the club hunt, which is scheduled for Saturday, April 22. We need to know how many folks will be at the hunt before it starts to ensure we have enough prizes and food.
If you have not paid your club dues for this year and do not plan on coming back to the club (at this time), please let us know so we can take you off this club update email message. If you are not sure if your dues for this year are paid, just let us know (jhammonds99@yahoo.com) and I will get back to you. If you have any questions about the club, please let us know.

4/22/2023 : NGRHA Spring Club Hunt!!
To participate in the club hunt your annual dues must be paid ($10 per person) before the club hunt. You have to sign up for the club hunt at a club meeting. This is important as we need to know how many are coming to the hunt so we can maker sure we have enough prizes for participants, and we have enough food for after the hunt. The hunt fee is $20 per person. More details on the hunt rules and the hunt location will be posted to club members in the first week in April.

2023 Club Show:
The 2023 show is on August 12th and 13th, 2023. Never too early to plan for and get involved for the club relic show. In addition to it being a lot of fun it is what supports the club.
The NGRHA relic show is not far away. At this time, we are limiting who can signup for the show to dealers who attended the show last year. However, starting in May we will open the show to anyone who wants to participate in the show. If you are planning on doing the show this year, and have not submitted your dealer signup show form, please do so at this time (see form below and also a Word Document attached to this note) to ensure you will be able to have your tables at the upcoming show. We want to ensure that dealers who were at last year's show have priority for obtaining tables for the 2023 show. For those who have already submitted their form, if you have not hear back from me (to acknowledge reception of your form) please let me know so I can verify if we have received your form.
